To celebrate BookWomen magazine’s 30th anniversary, I was brought on to redesign its logo as part of a broader effort to honor the publication’s legacy and update its visual identity for a new chapter. The goal was to create a logo that reflects the heart of BookWomen—thoughtful, literary, and community-driven—while introducing a cleaner and more versatile aesthetic for both print and digital use. I focused on warm, elegant typography with subtle modern updates to convey the magazine’s timeless spirit and continued relevance. This redesign marked a milestone moment for the publication, helping to visually reinforce its long-standing mission to celebrate women’s voices and the power of the reading life.
